•Responsible for delivering corporate training and development activities/ program and maintaining the training effectiveness to meet the value and standard of the Company
•Induction Brand Inspiration seminar (for office and retail staff)
•Implement Roll out corporate selling skills training (Inspiration Seminar, Selling Expertise and Selling Mastery training in retail)
•Follow closely with the retail team on their performance
•Assist Merchandising team in product training, and make sure that the product training seminars are consistent with other training
•Monitor and organize the training seminars: make sure that each new sales associate or store manager has followed the seminars adapted to him/her
•Monitor the teams after the delivery of the training seminar
•Guarantee the application of standards and common rules and procedures according to the strategy and the values of our House
•Monitor and keep the training action plan alive
•Inform the regional office about the new actions to start, to modify or to adapt
•Work in partnership for the creation or the edition of new training materials
•Be aware and report the actions of the competition
•Have the initiative and discuss with the regional office to make the programs evolve and to optimize them
경력 및 자격요건
- Min 3 yrs of relevant working experience in retail industry
- Bachelor degree and above
- Strong communication skill & interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and manage independently for Men's categories
- Good commands both verbal and written in English
- Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT
