1) Participates in business planning, business opportunity identification, and consults with Business Technology Leader and business partners to shape demand and figure out how to best support the business through the effective use of digital technology in Korea.
2) Supports the Digital Marketing and e-Commerce Teams to efficiently implement Korea's Digital & e-Commerce Strategy and roadmap in partnership with Digital and Media Excellence team and Digital Channels Product Line Owners.
3) Lead the coordinated Digital Execution in Korea for scale and consistency to deliver successful execution of the Digital & e-Commerce solutions. e.g. Websites, Digital Shelf 2.0, 1st Party Data, Digital Analytics.
4) Works with the business to prioritize requirements and represents Korea's technical requirements to the platform backlog.
5) Ensures that all company digital solutions are in line with Worldwide Compliance, Local regulatory and Information Security standards.
경력 및 자격요건
1. Bachelors or Master’s degree in information technology or equivalent
2. 5+ years of total experience with crafting and delivering digital & analytics products/services for a Multi-National (Consumer Packaged Goods company preferred), a Digital Agency, or e-Commerce provider.
3. Intimate knowledge of Korea's local digital/e-Commerce ecosystems, social media platforms and digital marketing industry.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills with a command of English.
5. Ability to initiate and build relationships with business partners.
6. Strong project management and experience in Agile working with Global and virtual regional teams.
7. Expertise includes digital marketing project management, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social & mobile marketing, and e-Commerce.
8. Business level proficiency in Korean and English.
