•Set, drive and follow up on overall brand loyalty goals and KPI’s:
•Build the member base – recruitment goal (no. of members) & recruitment plan
•Engage the members – active members in the loyalty
•Increase sales via brand loyalty – frequency & average purchase vs. non-members
•Help increase liking of the brand long term – via appropriate measurements and KPIS’s

•Strong numerical knowledge and analytic reasoning
•Managerial experience
