• Sales Support
- Data analysis related with Sales
- Work with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Business Unit) to resolve all supply issues (Quotation, Scheduling, and shipping/invoicing).
- Review customer order; verify customer information and notes. Maintain customer records and documentation. Work with confidential customer information. Accurately log all customer interactions
- Input and track orders change notices and cancellations. Respond to customer queries and product needs.
- Provide quotes, processing orders, acknowledgements, requests for information, etc. Coordinate communication to and from customer including product information, engineering, production, quality, test, shipping, service, warranty, etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to handle multiple task simultaneously.
• Admin
- Collect all monthly expenses reports for employees and send it to the accounting service provider
- Liaise with HQ IT team to manage emailing system, install anti-virus program
- Support to arrange employee`s safety educations in accordance with the Labor Standard Law and customer`s own rules.
- Support to arrange business trip (purchasing travel insurances and airline tickets)
- Purchase all necessary items at the office.
경력 및 자격요건
• 4+ years’ working experience, preferably in Sales support or administration.
• Verbal and written English proficiency
• Analytics and reporting expertise. Adept at using pptx, an advanced excel user
• Requires understanding of techniques, practices and procedures related to specific assignment and general knowledge of related functions.
• Requires strong communication skills to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Requires ability to resolve complex problems and to recognize and communicate importance of changes in the marketplace.
• Travel and availability for communications in any time zone may be necessary.
