1. Merchandising Strategy Management
- Oversee and align all merchandising functions as part of the seasonal go-to-market strategy (product launch to disposition)
2. Channel management
- Collaborate with the DTC and commercial teams on promotional cadence and have overall responsibility for product margin on product mix and distribution.
3. Financial Management
Work cross functionally with regional and country functions, including merchandising, GM’s, product, marketing, supply chain, finance, retail and sales to ensure product assortments meet sales, market, trend and margin requirements as directed by senior leadership resulting in profitable growth while holding brand integrity.
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 12~15 years of progressive experience in merchandising, product creation and/or retail; footwear experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Korea retail footwear landscape and consumer insights
• Knowledge of international (& domestic) fashion/trends with the ability to translate into commercial concepts.
• Proven track record of being able to successfully develop and execute a merchandising strategy.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
