1. Lead brand management – Brand Foundation, Strategy, Positioning, Brand Operating Plan, etc.
2. Lead brand commercial programs – Integrated Marketing Plan.
3. Lead product management and build new pipelines.
4. Plan sales and annual forecast of assigned brands.
5. Analyze market trend and take proactive reaction as necessary.
6. Train sales force and customers for product details.
7. Work closely with cross functional teams and marketing agency.
8. Develop a channel strategy to win in multi-points to be connected with consumers. (e.g. e-commerce, home-shopping, H&B, Warehouse Club, etc.)
9. Communicate with Regional Consumer Health to make synergy as one team
경력 및 자격요건
1. 10 Years+ (required to be aligned with a manager position) Marketing experience in Consumer Health or Skincare industry
2. Digital Excellence
3. Understanding multi-channels (e-Commerce, Home shopping, H&B, Warehouse Club, Pharmacy, etc.)
4. Experience in managing Brand P&L
5. Business English and Korean proficiency
6. Being good at cross functional works
