- Manage digital boutiques content to drive sales
- Optimize the user experience to increase conversion
- Own the day-to-day back-end management of digital boutiques
- Contribute to the best-in-class customer experience objective

- 4-year university degree in Business or related fields.
- 4 years’ experience in web mastering / eCommerce platforms management (including mobile).
- Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization)
- Experience in SEO optimization a plus.
- Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites.
- Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience across multiple CMS & photoshop tools.
- Understanding of Omniture is a plus.
-Experience in SAP Hybris is a must.
