• End to End warehouse operation performance
- Daily review/support of warehouse operation
- BTQ operation management - Inventory counting/adjustment and daily communication
- Streamline E2E operation in line with customer service level
- Warehouse KPI management - Order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, damage, productivity, etc.
- Prepare and communicate new product/promotion launch detail with 3PL partner
- New standard process setup if required
- Reconcile 3PL logistics cost
- Return management from customer/BTQs/ASC
- Regular inventory counting/write-off
- Inventory management - aging/slow-mover/traceability/FIFO/FEFO
- Ensure warehouse BCP policy with regular review
• Maintain collaborative partnership
- Maintain good relationship with 3PL
- Organize monthly review with 3PL with managing follow-up tasks
- Efficient communication with partners to ensure better service level
• Others
- Proactively support upcoming SC project
- Inventory adjustment in system
- Vendor and PO creation
- Inventory counting in warehouse and BTQ
- Annual OFC(Order fulfillment Center) audit in line with global/market standard
- Consumable material purchase and cost management
경력 및 자격요건
• 4~8 years’ experience in logistics industry (Warehouse)
• Excellent administration and analytical/reporting skills
• Good planning skill and time management
• Strong interpersonal skill
