1) Retail Project Planning
· Build strategic rollout and execution plans for all Retail Projects based on Trade Marketing plans, including new product launch
· Work directly with APAC Retail CoE team on all strategic retail proposals to drive and develop in-store communications and marketing whilst continuously developing solutions to enrich the in-store experience
· Be familiar with technology, reputations building, category plan, and retail environment to develop retail project plan
· Supporting Senior Retail Development Manager to build prioritisation of projects and build yearly to quarterly calendar for Retail Development
· Based on demand planning, manage fixture inventory and deployment for core in-store display system, plus all other projects as necessary
· Actively working with Key Account Managers and Regional Development Managers to understand store by store demand and build yearly retail development demand plan
· Build quarterly and yearly project delegation plan to each team members
2) Budget Planning and Control
· Estimate construction cost based on latest store concept
· Build and manage yearly budget for retail development and fixture inventory control
· Manage and monitor all project budget and project cost sheet with Project Execution Managers
· Build quarterly recap of all actual spending and next quarter budget accruals
· Manage all Retail Development Budget and lead the team to update BBI (budget) file
3) Retail Project Management
· Build and drive clear understanding of Project Mission for all Store Construction Projects
· Drive approval and acceptance of the project through all relevant areas of the business in regard to design, costing, production quality/details, and timing
· Provide guidance on standard in-store experience per tier, store design, suitability, practicality of the project to both internal and external key stakeholders

- Higher diploma or above in interior designor related field required
- 7 years+ track record of delivering POP,merchandising and retail environments experience
- Project management, time management and highpeople liaison skills
- Deliver multinational brand store rolloutprojects
- Working within a corporate structureinvolving both internal and supplier relationships
- Dealing with sourcing and overseasmanufacturing issues
- Purchasing and negotiation skills
- Dealing with international logisticsrequirements including tax, import and duty implications
- Understanding of the use of materials andprocesses required for retail environment
- Understanding of technical drawings andspecifications
- Understanding of print processes – litho,screen, digital
- Knowledge in project budgets and control
- Knowledge in environmental and recyclingregulations
- Knowledge in key architectural and projectmanagement programs (eg. Auto CAD, Microsoft Projects)
- Strong communication skills; this person is able to present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely. This person needs to be able to communicate clearly at all levels within an organization
