1) Communication/campaign planning and its executions for Gifting
(Brand building / marketing communication)
• Develop communication plan, brief to other marketing function teams and agencies,
and deliver.
• This needs to be done working very closely and productively with the other teams
inside and outside Brand
• Review effectiveness and efficiency of media spending and improve continuously.
• Gather and analyze data/information needed for planning and evaluations, working
with research team or so.
2) Social Media/Influencer Management
• Own the Personal Care social media calendar across all platforms – Facebook,
Instagram, Kakao, and others
• Work closely with the ACMs to ensure a consistent tone of voice across brand and
care
• Work alongside with ACMs and CoEs to provide insights to inform creative and
develop the first, only, better content to deliver value and engagement to the
community
• Monitor and maintain a consistent presence and friendly environment across
owned and social influencer-paid channels

5)Marketing administrative works
• Data source management (of market, product, competition, adverts, sales etc.)
• Regular contacts to outside suppliers (of creative, media, legal, product, research)
• Spending budget tracking/management through SAP operation
경력 및 자격요건
• University graduate or above. Higher education ispreferred but not requirement
• 4 to 8 years of working experiences minimumin marketing, business planning, or relevant.
• Project management experience of bringingstrategy in life is a must. A multi-functional project leader experiencepreferred.
• Experience in multimedia strategy, plan, andexecutions in ATL/BTL is a must
• In position to develop business or marketingstrategy in B to C business is also preferred.
• Those experiences in strong aspirational brandand/or technology driven brand are plus.
Communications; should be able to build strongand cooperative relationships with a wide range of people.
• Self-management; Proven ability to prioritizewhile multi-tasking a number of high-priority assignments.
• Problem solving; be able to critically andactively analyze situations, spot issues, and present viable solutions
• Korean (Native) + English (Business). Need tonegotiate, push&pull, agree&disagree both in Korean and English.
