- Schedule arrangement between high level customers & headquarter members
- Schedule coordination with customers, visitors, dept heads, expatriates and joint ventures for President
- Business trip, conferences & seminar participation arrangement
- Meeting agenda & minutes preparation (CEO-Meetings, etc.)
- Incoming & outgoing e-mail screening and report to CEO regularly
- Translation and interpretation of Korean letters from customer and internal meeting
- Business occasion luncheon & dinner meeting arrangement with customers
- Regular update of customers list and contact address
경력 및 자격요건
- Working experience (over 6~8 years)
: as an professional assistant, especially CEO assistant of the foreign company.
- Educational background: literature or business administration preferred
- Communication skill: English (Fluent) & German (optional; reading, writing & communication should be available)
- Excellent MS-office skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Credential personality
- Good communication skill with customers and high level personnel within group
- Positive mind and endurance
