• Proven management experience of technological company / group – Should have in his background a successful role of CEO (in size of 30 people or more) or business unit manager (in size of 50 people or more) with yearly revenue of 10 BKRW or more.
• Technology background – either by a university degree or by 2 years (or more) experience of managing hi-tech team.
• Deep understanding and good contacts in Defense Business utilized to Tier-1 companies & Government agencies (ADD. etc) .
• Proven sales/marketing skill and results – In area of technological products to enterprise and/or government customers.
• Preferred background in working with International companies.
• Preferred competence area are: Defense, Security, C4I systems for defense and/or security / HLS
• Reference of 2-3 major orders wins (above 5 million USD) and explain his personal contribution to these wins.
• Fluent English – speaking and writing.
