• Deliver best in class talent acquisition services from briefing to offering to the HR communities and business managers while providing an excellent candidate experience
• Collaborate with other HR stakeholders to perform high quality end to end recruitment processes, from briefing and consulting with hiring managers up to closing the hire
• Ensure the defined KPIs are met and the guidelines and procedures are followed
경력 및 자격요건
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role in an end to end recruitment process management
• Experience in managing an end to end recruitment process
• Excellent communicator who can adapt to different audiences
• Experience with recruiting tools (Workday is a plus)
• Experience in approaching passive candidates with direct search methods
• Excellent cooperation skills
• Getting things done attitude combined with the ability to communicate and explain procedures and solution proposals to partners
• Fluent in Korean and English speaking, reading and writing
