1. SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE
Provide strategic direction, leadership, inspiration and management in the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand equity and drive consumer demand for products.
1. ACCOUNTABILITY / ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for developing and implementing the brand marketing plan. Responsible for creating brand messages to motivate and inspire the target consumer while developing campaigns that will maximize brand awareness and connection in the local market.
Responsible for providing strategic leadership and develop briefs and marketing plans for the brand initiatives and special projects related to the global strategies.
Establishes the marketing vision, integrated strategies and integrated plans with the brand plan.
Leads the annual and seasonal marketing planning processes that sets the integrated marketing direction across the regional and country marketing teams
Creates marketable product concepts where compelling consumer opportunities exist.
Lead initiatives to improve retail environment and drive profitable revenues.
Work with sales team to develop marketplace opportunities in retail areas and/or categories and advice visual marketing such as interior and proper product mix and planning concept.
Leads integration across the business including categories, business units (footwear, apparel, equipment) and sales and other supportive functions .
Directs resource allocation and manages marketing budgets to build brand equity and to fuel demand creation for products with local consumers.
Leads, grow and develops a strong country marketing team of specific functional experts with strong brand instincts.

1. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 year experience in Marketing or Brand Management
Prefer the experience in consumer product / marketing
Good verbal and written English communication.
Strong communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
Demonstrates leadership that encourages, inspires and empowers others to think, act and deliver results that evolve the brand and create consumer demand. Can build high-performance teams.
Ensure that strategies and plans are based on genuine consumer understanding.
Thinks both conceptually and analytically about consumers and sports landscape that lead to breakthrough action.
Flexible communication style to present to large audiences and at various kind meetings.
Ability to lead and manage in highly ambiguous and dynamic environments
Strong passion for sports
