• Set, optimize and ensure a strong activity plan on the external marketplace together with the E-commerce team, the Social & Digital Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Follow up big activities, identify and share best practice with Head Office and E-commerce team. Build on quantitative analysis to develop actionable insights.
• Secure a strong collaboration between the marketplace and internal stakeholders. Ensure teams work cross-functionally to create synergies, address opportunities and drive revenue.
• Contribute to define the local digital marketing strategy, connected with the global digital marketing strategy.
• Build strong collaboration between Marketing/Communications/Loyalty/Merch/Visual teams in local market and E-commerce team.
• Sync commercial plans with E-commerce team, align on Customer focus.
• Set the online marketing budget together with Marketing Manager, Media Manager, Head Office and other internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and optimize online paid traffic, target segmentations, revenue and ROI performance

• Experience from working with marketplaces or a similar role
• E-commerce background - you understand the ecosystem, the budgets, visibility & the marketplace platform.
• Being organised and prioritising based on the needs of the business.
• Strong numerical skills and an attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
• Strong communication skills and a fluency in English, both written and spoken.
