• Work closely with Global Brand & Marketing dept to build a local PR/marketing strategy and initiatives based on the overall global brand strategy.
• Develop a locally relevant strategy and plan to drive goals forward to support business growth, supporting the customer journey from A-Z, (e.g. brand awareness, acquisition, engagement and conversion in all communication channels.)
• Coordinate PR, brand and marketing initiatives in South Korea
• Create, plan and execute local marketing initiatives and PR/brand activations.
• Responsible for market analysis of the consumers, competition, channels, media etc. and responsible to share and present to the Global brand and marketing team.
• Secure PR/brand communication and marketing plan for omni platforms.
• Work closely with Local Online team for digital assets & content management.
• Partner cross-functionally with local merchandising, visual, e- commerce and content teams to contribute innovative digital ideas and drive omni marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with global brand and marketing teams to develop local influencer strategy and partnering with on-brand influencers.
• Be the expert in local paid search/media ad buys/SEM channels by leading strategy development, campaign management, testing and execution.
• Assist with negotiation with partners, for competitive terms, marketing resources to ensure the highest brand visibility.
• Manage local PR, brand and marketing budget.
경력 및 자격요건
• At least 5-8 years in PR/brand and marketing, experience in retail/fashion industry will be an advantage
• Strategic thinker and performance minded
• Excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, ability to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English, oral as well as writing, both for internal and external purposes, is a must
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently and drive own projects
• Good understanding how to drive engagement and organic growth through brand, PR, social media and event activation
• Experienced in local performance marketing and digital marketing analytics and developing search marketing strategy that drives demand and fuels customer growth; set the right KPIs and routines to follow up
• Strong project management skills and experienced in leading the development & cross-functional execution; and to set up optimal processes for good cooperation with internal and external partners
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure, with proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
• Fluency in English & Chinese (verbal and written)
• Available to travel abroad for short stays
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the brand aesthetic and work with our core values
