- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Roaster management
- Handle HR issue (Understand Korean labor law)
- Train new staffs

- Coordination, Support VMD/Window
- Report daily sales report to commercial manager and communicate
- Order new products (work with HQ)

- Handle customer complaints

경력 및 자격요건
- Fluent English speaker, Spanish speaker preferred
- More than 2 years of manager experience in fashion retail field
- Have experience with Staff management & training with 10+ staffs
- Good communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Business or Fashion related major preferred
