- Implement and disseminate Lean Activities to all Key Suppliers
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List
- Establish, monitor, and update the Supplier Assessment Survey and Development
- for all Key Suppliers of production materials
- Establish, monitor, and update a Supplier Individual Development Plan
- Manage and maintain HKMC (Customer) SQ-MARK Certification
- Encourage all Suppliers to be ISO 9001: 2000, ISO/TS 16949: 2002, ISO 14001:2004 certified
- Develop (Survey) new suppliers with price competitiveness
경력 및 자격요건
* REQUIREMENTS
- 4 Year Degree in Engineering or related field, 10+ years supplier quality experience
- Automotive Supplier Development experience highly desired, Quality Auditor certification desired
- Technical and Analytical skills necessary to understand manufacturing processes, support quality initiatives, execute root cause analysis, coach suppliers in performance improvement, understand product technical specifications, conduct supplier evaluation.
- Create performance systems that focus on supplier value performance, monitor supplier quality and performance. Basic indicators of supplier financial, manufacturing, quality health
- Good in English (Writing / Reading / Speaking)
- Capable in use of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
