  • • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans of the company supported by the senior management
    • Achieving company’s budgeted sales, margins, SG&A for sales & marketing and finance KPI’s.
    • Develop and implement strategies for sales and profit growth in with customers and channels with brand
    • Building long term relationship with major business partners and key customers in each of the major segment in B2B, B2C (Wholesale) and E-business model.
    • Building brand with customers and loyalty. good corporate citizen with the government, business communities, customers and the public.
    • Implement and execute new products launches, pricing, packaging, advertisement, promotion, PR, other sales and marketing activities by working closely with marketing manager and supporting staff to achieve overall strategies for the company
    • Collect and analyze market information (size, product gaps, channels, etc) for product development, new business opportunities and strategies against competitor activities
    • Carry out saled and marketing staff recruitment, training, motivation, career development and coaching to support long term growth strategy of the company
    • Managing customer service and installation team to achievement target customer satisfaction level set by the company
    • Prepare and work with product development and R&D teams to formulate new product or services requirements for the business to maintain market leadership
    • Working closely with other cross functional departments to ensure the company to achieve competitive performance, quality standards, best practice, customer satisfaction, compliance to company policies and objectives
    • Any ad hoc projects requested by the senior management
  • / 경력 및 자격요건
  • 전기, 대,소형 전자제품 - 국내 영업 (B2C, 리테일 비지니스)
    Minimum 10~15 years in Sales and Marketing experience in Korea with experience, skills and leadership in leading and managing people in a comparable or larger companies
    Successful sales experience in the domestic market is essential for products based on electronics
    University qualification with Bachelor Degree plus other post graduate qualification (preferred not necessary)
    fluently in Korean and English
