• Responsible for the recruitment and development of your direct team
• Drive net sales of your market by delegation of task and driving actions in your team with short and long term planning
• Manage and set the commercial plan for your market, by having a strategic mindset and strong overview
• Take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant analysis

• Have strong and proven leadership experience
• Have e-commerce background with a strategic ability and drive to achieve strong results – both long term and short term.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and strong analytical skills with a passion for the customer and sales development – always focused on potential improvements.
• Have a commercial awareness.
• Have excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken
• As a person are flexible, proactive and open to change as e-commerce is constantly evolving.
