• Manage area of sales activities to achieve Transfusion and Cell Technology revenue & margin targets, while controlling SGA & costs associated.
• Development of strategic plans to meet business targets.
• Generate new opportunities and meet the target and growing TCT revenue on assigned product groups, prospecting, qualifying, building, negotiating and closing deals at targeted margin level.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with decision makers in each accounts

• Sales & marketing experiences in the field of Medical Devices min. 5 years or more.
• Significant experience of product management
