1) Compensation and Benefit & Budgeting
- Manage monthly payroll and annual bonus/MBO compensation paying out whole process
- Engage full Budgeting process working closely with HR Director, and using HR budget system (Oracle)
- Coordinate and promote employee benefit programs: Medical check-up, Group insurance etc.
- Engage and fully support Employee performance and career review (ICR/PCR process)
- Participate C&B Market survey and utilize the results
- Upkeep Sales Incentive data
- Year-end tax process
2) Talent Acquisition
- Manage full cycle of recruitment from screening to on-boarding: Store staff to Store manager, and Junior level office position with HR director
- Assist HR Driector on office position recruiting process
- Upkeep recruiting related documents and infomation and document
- Managing internal referral programs and external recruiting vendors
- Follow up contract, probationary review, setting induction for new joiners
- Preparing Employee announcement
3) HR Data management & HR IS
- Maintenance of HR data align with employee cycle as hardcopy and SAP
- Update Organization chart
- Monitoring on leaves: Annual leave, Maternity & Childcare leave, etc
4) Employee relation and HR projects follow up
- Support and handle ER issues including disciplinary actions and promotion
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations
- Provide HR advisory to the various business and store leaders
- Conduct and support Employee event and college collaboration project
- Ad-hoc tasks
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor degree holder
• Strong interpersonal communication ability, and collaboration with other teams
• Highly be aware of confidentiality
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills
• Fluent in English (Written and verbal)
• Detail oriented and Well organized and accurate
• Approachable attitude, listening skills
• Understand retail business and environment
