1. Build brand omni channel
; Build brand and maximize media, in the most efficient way, through external and owned media channels.
- Create omni commercial plan in cooperation with Country Manager, Head of Merch, Country Visual and PR manager.
- Plan and execute global and local marketing strategies in order to build the brand, increase traffic and selling.
- Maximize media efficiency through external and owned media channels.
- Collaborate with the central marketing department and external partners (i.e. media agency).
- Drive social media strategy.
- Maximize omni sales by driving a coherent message in all sales channels.
2. Activate selling and support activities
; Activate selling and support linked activities in collaboration with Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and PR.
- Plan and organize in-store communication
- Initiate and support short term activities according to local selling situation.
- Identify local communication potential.
3. Employee
; Lead the marketing team according to brand values, standards, policies and procedures.
- Ensure staff assessment & development according to contribution matrix.
- Manage and execute recruiting, training, developing and succession planning
- Ensure that all employee relation responsibilities are fulfilled.
4. Budget and cost
; Control the head cost and financial budget of the department.
- Establish and follow up marketing / media budget.
- Select, negotiate and follow up performance of media-agency / investments together with the global marketing department.
- Guarantee efficient ordering of required material for campaign implementation.
- Communicate and agree on activity plan with country manager and controller.

- A similar scope of responsibilities from 8 years within a well-structured fashion retail or other retail environment from your previous career record or with a good professional record around marketing.
- Your academic background proves that marketing and sales was your passion since college years.
- Leadership skills and experience from leading teams.
- Strong internal drive, result driven and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights.
- Well-organized, able to cope with a large workload and to priorities and plan ahead.
- An analytic, strategic and reflective mind set.
- Success record in utilizing the most up to date marketing tools.
- Fluency both in English & Korean
