• Create digital marketing campaigns to support core products + new product launches
• Oversee online sales goals and digital strategy to ensure customers have the true experience, regardless of where they purchase
• Create and maintain monthly Retail Calendars, and execute on monthly campaigns
• Provide strategic guidance and technical feedback (feasibility of development asks + timelines) on digital campaigns
• Ensure that campaigns + strategies align with digital and product roadmap
• Manage paid media agencies budget, campaign buildouts and reporting
• Partner with Ecommerce team to build out brand’s promotional calendar
• Responsible for the brand website management
• Monitor trends in competitors’ digital tools, trends and applications
• Execute SEM to increase brand digital presence and visibility
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor’s degree in the equivalent coursework
• Proven track record of 5+ years of online marketing experience
• Previous beauty experience will be highly regarded
• Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within fast-paced environment
• Needs to be a creative and analytical thinker and problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.
