Responsibilities
• Act as key point of contact for all internal and external customers, escalating issues to the team manager where required.
• To effectively manage relationships with customers by ensuring regular dialogue and conducting reviews with market contacts, assisting them to resolve issues locally.
• Manage the order book compliant to guideline to ensure orders are dated and goods dispatched to meet both internal and external service level agreements.
• Support SCM manage on CS reporting & performance improvement (e.g. cost to serve, Order and return , stock availability etc) – SAP/Supply Chain Dash Board and Score Card.
• Monitor and address issues within customer service remit and provide support to other team members in Korea and Emerging Asia as appropriate.
• Assist to resolve order pricing issues with commercial & finance team.
• Control and management of customer complaints.
• Provide accurate order status and delay reasons for weekly operations review to SCM team in Korea and Emerging Asia.
• Manage order systems including WMS, ERP and any other systems
• Collate market update in English for monthly report submission.
• Monitor customers allocation when needed
• Reconcile daily inventory between WMS and SAP to process order correctly.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor in Supply Chain, or Business with logistic module
• At least 3 years of experience in the relevant industry (Alcohol/FMCG) (added)
• Systems/software – experience in using advanced Microsoft Excel and SCM tools such as SAP
• Excellent communication skill
• Fluent in Korean and English
