- Financial analysis and planning, focusing on risks & opportunities and following actions
- KPI set up, organizational/employee measurement, subsidiaries management
- Commercial/marketing plan, portfolio plan analysis and review
- Business model review and planning
- Mid to long term corporate strategy and execution lead
- Investment, M&A, IPO planning and execution
- In-house consulting project lead
- New business development and Feasibility study
- Reporting to CEO
- Team of 2 (1 direct report, need to hire)
- Future CFO in 2-3 years



- Must be a doer first, with the mandate, credentials, and desire to act as well as advise
- Must drive decision making and immediate change.
- English fluency is a must
