This person will develop alternative distribution channels for Korean TA products. Alternative distribution does not include traditional travel agencies, traditional education institutes, or Agency sales. It does include but is not limited to:
a) sell TA insurance direct to the customer through the call center and/or an internet site.
b) Corporate Accounts: approach these accounts with Business Travel Accident insurance and/or leisure TA for their employees.
c) Travel Industry Partners: Airlines, online travel agencies, or tour operators willing to sell travel insurance through their distribution channels
d) Bank or Credit Card companies: approach these accounts with TA insurance through direct sales programs or other tailored TA products that fit this channel.
c) Activities involving cross-sell and up-sell utilizing the Call Center, internet sites, and/or SMS messaging.
경력 및 자격요건
1) Strong communication skills with conversational English ability
2) Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
3) Results-oriented with an understanding of how to identify key metrics for success and ways to measure those metrics.
4) Strong presentation skills both in written and oral forms and comfortable presenting to a senior management audience
5) Capable of setting goals and executing a plan to achieve those goals.
6) Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Project
7) A current network of corporate contacts
8) Working knowledge of the Travel industry in Korea
9) In-depth understanding of eCommerce - marketing, advertising, transactional activities.
