• Manage the after sales service function for Korea
• Implement after sales service strategy and procedures.
• Handle before sales quality assurance
• Manage the repair case and follow up with global HQ team
• Service project roll-out & system training – deliver in-store user trainings and measure KPI
• Coordinate directly with customers for quotation, confirmation, delivery and status update. Handle customer complaints escalated by stores
• Liaison with IP office in terms of anti-counterfeits and provide local support
• Support omnichannel project
• Handle administrative work related to repair and defective stock/inventory
경력 및 자격요건
• Bachelor degree or above in fashion, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience, luxury industry is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good communication and strong analytical skill
• Well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written English
