• Manage new store openings and store improvement project according to the corporate guidelines.
• Supervisor and control construction quality, budget and timing while being fully responsible for procurement imported materials.
• With concept briefing from OHQ, sourcing for the right interior/construction agency for development and implementation. Liaise with external consultants and related internal departments.
• Deliver coaching and training regarding interior practices and specific implementation or product displays to all involved local parties.
• Ensure all products, display materials and relevant information reach store staff on a timely and efficient manner.
• Support the maintenance issues and analyze the data on the maintenance system to ensure that all our stores are in good condition at all times.
• Monitor VM/interior trends in local market and propose special VM concepts for evaluation.
• Evaluate construction materials and guidelines from OHQ in terms of cost, ease of use, quality and images; provide structured & systematic feedback to the General Manager.

• Minimum 5 years of work experiences in Fashion Industry
• Degree/Diploma required in art, design, interior or construction.
• Excellent product intelligence – display supplies, hardware, props, furniture, equipment etc.
• Experience with basic construction hand tools and painting
• Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
• Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
• Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
• Available to work evenings and weekends if required.
