1. Act as a subject matter expert on employee relation matters by providing advice to People Managers, Area Team on interpretation of employment laws, regulations, compliance issue management, HR policies and practices
2. Proactively initiate and deliver proximity programs to drive employee oriented culture and strengthen the proximity within the organization.
3. Be a trusted partner to create positive climate changes in the organization.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- At least 10 year of general HR experience and extensive ER management experience(retail industry experience preferred)
