- Liaise and build effective relationships with People Managers, Area Team to be a trusted partner.
- Support in embedding employee oriented proximity culture that emphasizes high touch care,
continuous improvement - Implement proximity programs (i.e. new brand launch, annul division activity etc) by collaborating with related parties for the business unit.
- As part of building the desired culture, manages and monitor employee engagement
interventions and practices - Co-work with ER Manager and Area Team on the on-site industrial safety and health cases.
- Conduct in-depth exit interview of store “Key Talent” and SV above employees capture
people/org issues to improve leadership/corporate culture.
- Actively participate in regular store meetings(e.g. SM Committee) and regular on-site meetings with Area Team and activities - Prepare periodic proximity report and share with stakeholders
[Employee relations]
- Provides counsel and facilitates prompt and effective resolution of employee relations matters to People Managers - Provide counsel to Area Team on their daily on-site HR issue management - Regularly monitor HR practices, workforce practices within the business unit to ensure compliance with HR practices and local labor standards.
- Closely co-work with Employee Relations Manager on delivering up-to-dated CBA, HR
compliance, employee grievance management, discipline management, conduction of legal trainings and other labor and employment matters.
- Lead office grievances and business misconduct compliance issues and closely co-work with
Area Team on on-site grievances and business misconduct compliance issues.
- Recommend continuous improvement to HR policies, practices and processes partnering with HR business partner, HR Manager and COE

[Education]
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
[Experience]
- At least 10 year of general HR experience and extensive ER management experience(retail industry experience preferred)
