- PE Analysts will be staffed full time to client engagements, with the majority of work in private equity due diligence.
- You will work individually and in teams to support our clients’ investment decisions in the due diligence process and other private equity/investor work.
- You will have the opportunity to assess and identify market attractiveness, provide targeted information and specialized financial analysis on potential Acquisitions, prepare and deliver high-impact verbal and written communication of your synthesized findings.
- You will work across other private equity/investor engagements, including support for portfolio companies, firm strategy/organization, market scans, etc., and you'll be a subject matter expert on topics related to our service to investors. You'll be recognized as a valuable resource of experience, information and expertise both inside the firm and by our clients.
- Additionally, you will enhance the practice’s current awareness of developments in the PE and institutional investor domain and develop new service offerings for both internal and external clients to help grow our practice.

- Strong interest in private equity and related industries
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure a problem, disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Superior quantitative and analytical reasoning skills
- Professional attitude, work standards, and service orientation
- Demonstrated work experience in private equity or investment-related industries, either through fulltime employment (1-3 years) or relevant internships
- Solid understanding of financial, economic, and general business concepts and terminology
- Ability to accomplish work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint) require
