▪ Work closely with e-Commerce, Merchandising & Supply Chain to define the Commercial target by year, season, universe & category in order to define the OTB.
▪ Analyze online performances to prepare the buying session & define the buying strategy: best sellers, business opportunities, strength, breadth, depth.
▪ Support the buyers in each buying session and approve the final assortment.
▪ Provide insight on any special launch such as pre-order, pre-launch, exclusive product to create traffic & generate sales.
▪ Ensure the right stock coverage on both seasonal & permanent offer thanks to weekly business stock review with Buyers & Supply chain (stock allocation, model stock, transfer, reorders).
▪ Prepare each collection release online by collecting the stock availability and adapting the website pages made by the Central ECO HQ to the local needs in order to maximize business & sell through rate.
▪ Sustain the e-Commerce business by adapting on a daily basis the online Visual Merchandising locally based on the sales & stock availability in Europe by always following Central ECO HQ guidelines.
▪ Provide a weekly report to Central ECO HQ on the results & develop and drive action plans to maximize category exposure & online business.
▪ Cover local commercial event by requesting any specific events & online animation.
▪ Provide insight on content requirements (product images, copies, etc.) based on local needs.
▪ Provide insights on the Newsletter plan communicated centrally and ensure local adaptation of editorial & product if needed.
▪ Follow the translation agency to ensure the proof reading of editorial and product content.
▪ Bring local expertise on the UX improvement within the website.
▪ Follow the maintenance of the website.

[► Education & Professional Qualifications]
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, e-Commerce, or related disciplines.
[► Work Experience]
▪ 5+ years of experience in digital merchandising or Ecommerce retail buying or related role.
▪ Luxury experience is an advantage.

▪ Strong business mindset with analytical skills.
▪ Experience working with various level of stakeholders and ability to articulate product strategies to different teams.
▪ Passionate with a creative mind-set, while fully understanding the luxury service standard.
▪ Solid understanding of the European online consumer behaviour and digital landscape.
▪ Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
