▪ Coordinate the logistics process-documentation of shipment, operation of system, communication
▪ Meet on-time delivery, follow-up compliance / customs rule and move on smooth logistics process, closely & collaboratively work with internal/external parties
• Handle with shipment documents for custom clearance/deliver
• Communicate with internal/ external parties to complete the delivery process in a timely manner
• Support application of relative certificates like cites, wildlife animals, duty
• Data input –logistics cost, stock reception, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Min 3yrs of relevant working experience in retail industry, logistic environment
• Good at MS Office skill
• Able to Independently work for multiple tasks to handle the stakeholders’ needs
• Luxury brand experience PLUS
