1) Online marketplace management
• Build full year business plan and responsible for P&L working closely with Sales Manager
• Set monthly, weekly, and daily business KPI targets, and put plans in place to achieve those targets
• Manage and operate with 3rd party vendor
• Plan promotion and special campaign each marketplace channel with 3rd party vendor and platform key stake holders.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks that mornitor optimize individual listings on marketplaces
• Research best practices, rules, and guidelines for multiple marketplaces and apply knowledge to listings
• Routinely audit general health of marketplaces, and recognize areas of improvement
• Where available from partner, manage and optimize digital ads or product positioning options to maximize revenue and balance marketing cost of sale
• Develop new online marketplace account
• Comply with and understand and all rules various marketplace.
2) Own ecommerce operation
• Support the Own E-Commerce with E-Commerce Manager and global team as a key member.
• Participate in new project and support tasks.
• Support online campaigns including ROAS analysis, keyword research, and online marketing advertising.
• Maintain of contents (image) upload including translation and basic operation with stakeholders and agency.
• Operate Marketing contents / Landing page/ Campaign page creation with related teams.
• Support regular or ad-hoc reporting and traffic and sales analysis on marketing data.

• 3~5 years of work experience in e-commerce and online market place business.
• Experienced with online marketing, advertising and digital marketing background or re lated experience preferred.
• Familiar with E-Commerce global platform and market place platforms.
• Familiar with standard concepts and procedures within website and internet functions.
• Experienced with Google Analytics or other insight tool
• Experience in communication and work with Department online shop.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills, analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English & Korean language
