• Proactive support various fashion after sales service project for harmonizing and optimizing Korea specificities on project and develop local initiatives on business needs with global client service team
• Lead workshop technicians to be equipped with the spirit of quality
• Lead training BTQ staff how to client telling on service, and packing assistant at repair center so as to improve fashion repair expertise and service quality with new digital and mobile tool.
• Coordinate CASS operation for fashion accessories customer good from Local BTQs and Travel retail BTQs
• Communicate with local BTQs and travel retail BTQ’s fashion staff about fashion repair & CASS issues with technical expertise and agility.
• Do stocktaking for fashion customer repair good regularly at CASS office as well as in- house workshop for accurate customer repair good management.
경력 및 자격요건
- Bachelor's degree of 4-years of university or over the same degree
- 3~4 years more of the experience in Fashion quality control, A/S and retail part
- 2~3 years client service project experience in retail part
• Good ability of spoken/written English or French
• Good ability to operate computer (MS-EXCEL / POWER POINT / MS-WORD)
• Good knowledge for retail expertise and service part of Fashion products
• Harmonious communication skill with other parties
