• To ensure delivery of monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial reporting to Company deadlines
• Tax compliance (including company tax, goods and services tax, customs duties, excise, payroll tax, )
• Annual report and financial statement preparation
• Prepare annual statutory financials for filing with CA
• Overhead reporting and control
• Brand profitability and gross margin variance analysis
• Treasury management
• Overall responsibility for AP, AR, processing of customer claims and deferred discount reconciliations
• Review balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
• Oversee processing of fixed assets to ensure acquisitions, disposals and depreciation are recorded timely and accurately
• Monitor and improve internal control compliance
• Payroll journal entries and reconciliations
• Expense management through Concur
• Develop and implement process efficiencies
경력 및 자격요건
• 5-10 years progressively increasing leadership in finance preferably in the liquor industry or FMCG.
• Sound analysis and reporting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organization, delegation and decision-making abilities.
• Degree in Commerce/Accounting
• Experience in Liquor industry preferred, FMCG essential
• Advanced Excel and Strong Powerpoint skills
• Solid working knowledge of Douzone essential
• High attention to detail
