•Responsible for stock planning, purchasing and inventory control in order to maintain inventory at targeted optimum level.
•Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
•Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
•Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
•Working together with local sales teams & dialysis centers on inventory level to maximize the fulfilment rate.
•Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
•Resolve any arising problems or complaints
•Continuous process optimization and cost improvement.
•Optimize and continuously improve the Supply Chain process cycle-time and cost
•Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
•Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
•Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Education
•4 years university degree
Experience
•More than 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry preferred.
•Proven working experience as a logistics manager
•Record of successful distribution and logistics management

Specific knowledge /skills
•Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
•Proficient in standard logistics software
•Negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills
•Good command of spoken and written English
