• Ensure the development and implementation of economic
policies so as to obtain economic efficiency in accordance with
the prevailing legislation and the automotive industry market.
• Prepare the company's monthly balance sheet and indicators.
• Analyse the business indicators and provide guidance.
• Ensure the preparation of all reports required by financial,
banking, statistical control and control bodies.
• Prepare the company's general budget.
• Prepare forecasts along with other departmental managers of
the company and analyse Budget vs. Predictions vs. Actual.
• Request specialized documentation and consult on the financial
accounting, import export, stock management, customs and
economic legislation.
• Manage the asset inventory and audit the results.
• Manage and control of company liquidity.
• Provide periodic financial feedback and propose alternatives to
the use of loans or subsidies needed by the company.
• Ensure required payments made timeously.
• Support the departments in analysing financial results.
• Provide systematic and timely records and processes.
• Publish and maintain information about the company’s historic
and economic results with relevant 3 rd parties (banks, financial
and tax authorities, shareholders etc).
• Establish general and specific work procedures to ensure the
management of financial accounting records.
