담당업무
• Developing and administering cost effective human resources plans and
procedures that relate to company staff
• Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR
department
• Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
• Creating and revising job descriptions
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
• Developing, revising, and recommending HR policies and procedures
• Performing benefits administration
• Recruitment for non management positions, including writing and
placing job adverts
• Conducting new employee on boarding and orientations
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Consult with managers on staff management
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Maintaining organization charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Analysis of the effectiveness of staff policy of the organization (based
on labor market, wages in the region, staff turnover, satisfaction with
wages and non financial incentives, as well as an analysis of the socio
psychological climate in the team) and revising accordingly
• Manage the process of staff adaptation to the organization
• Suggest initiatives that improve motivation in the work place and
recommend incentives to promote job satisfaction for staff
• Organization of work to improve the professional level and
competencies of employees
• Develop a corporate culture in line with the Business Code of
Ethics
• Monitoring compliance with labor laws, the Rules of organization's
work schedule, the resolution of labor disputes and conflicts
• Monitoring compliance with labor protection and safety requirements
• Represent the interests of the company with third party organizations
and government authorities
• Work in accordance with ISO 16949, ISO 14001, legal and corporate
requirement
경력 및 자격요건
• 인사관련 학위 및 3년 이상 관련 경력
• MS Office (워드, 특히 엑셀/PPT) 사용 능숙
• 영어 필수
