• Lab Manager or Principal scientist @ PHOLED Device Application Center
- Build and bring on line the Korea OLED Device Fabrication and Test Laboratories with the support of H.Q
- Manage the engineering operations at the OLED Device Application Center
- Build and manage a team of engineers to run the operations of OLED Device Fabrication and test in the Application Center Labs.
- Manage day-to-day direction of fabrication and testing of OLED test technology transferred from Headquarters to meet specific local customer requirements
- Work in partnership with each of the Senior Technical Account Managers to support the successful delivery of OLED performance data and fabrication processes for Korean Customers and local partners. Additionally, to run customer engineering visits to the OLED Device Application Center
- Perform other duties as may be necessary for the business needs and as directed by the Employer from time to time
- Responsible for safety measure of laboratory including internal and external regulation

• M.S/Ph.d in Engineering, Material Science, Chemical engineering, Physics related field
• +/-10 years experience with display/ Oled device R&D elated area
• Fluent in English
• Project leading , Team managing 경험 필수
