- Experiences in embedded programming
- Familiar with CMM is a plus
- Strong hands on experiene in C
- Mobile phone development experience is plus
- Device driver, PC sync, Data Service experience is a plus
- SyncML, XML, JAVA knowledge is a plus
- Aggressive for task achievement and willing to have overseas traveling
