• Weekly/monthly sales and stock report
• Routine retail operation tasks to ensure the good condition of store and store staffs, including store maintenance, staff uniform etc.
• Manage store staff in order to keep staff motivated for good team spirits.
2) RETAIL (20%)
• Keeps good relationship with the landlord.
• Monitors competitors store distribution and sales results
3) MERCHADISER (45%)
• Weekly stock report
• Stock management including weekly product distribution between stores
• Handling product price and promotions
• Performs stock status analysis
