• Participate in buying (Women’s)
• Prepare analysis product categories based on accurate sales and execute adequate product strategy of each product category
• Able to suggest strategy for each store according sales trend and story of the store
• Provide qualitative & quantitative product analysis in terms of trend and prices
• Conduct training about new product every season
• Identify slow movers and plan incentive promotion
• Work with VM and Retail team for the performance in terms of assortments and sales
• Aware of market trend (competitors) and prepare seasonal analysis in women’s universe

• Bachelor’s degree or above, Major in Fashion is preferred
• Over 3 years of professional experience of Merchandising in retail industry, experience in Luxury brand is preferred
• Proficient in Korean and English
• Competent in using MS office program especially Excel
• Experience in using the SAP program is preferred
