[Sales Order Process Management]
Manage the order process for selling campaign/Spot
- Consolidate all kinds of order for all of the regions
- Check the availble on-hand inventory
- Reconcile and adjust the order qty by region/channel
- Communicate with CM for the order list and schedule / GMD for the final order /
Production team by category for confirmation the production qty
- Share the order qty for IT Production by destination
Shipping Plan
- Share the initial delivery Plan and update monthly based on the ex-fty from PM
[MOM/Joor management]
MOM/Joor operation for the all of the orders - selling capaign/spo/reorder
- MOM open/cut-off
- Communicate to input the order with regions and check the order qty by region
- Request to make the sales order - CCSTO / ICSO
Order sysytem maintenance
- Screening of mandatory Item attributes to open MOM; Cost/RRP
[PR Management]
PR management and communication with Production team
Maintenance order changes in the system; cancel, revise, transfer to other channel or region

Good communication skills - verbal and written
Data collection and ordering
Manage relationship and diversity
Excellent MS office & ERP system skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Possess good attention to detail, accuracy and an eye for inconsistency
Open mind and transparency
경력 5년 이상
영어능력 (상)
글로벌 패션 리테일 브랜드 경험 우대
