1. Set targets for each store and monitor their delivery in close cooperation with the dept. partner/ or store manager. Use effectively the results of POS data and any other report/ assessment to improve store performance through building and executing action plan.
2. Deliver retail KPIs(sales and profitability targets) for individual stores and the area by optimizing assortment, stock and inv. parameters by store and maximizing sell-out.
3. Mainly in charge of provincial region SIS stores, manage these stores according to local characteristics.
4. Negotiate store margin, position with dept. retail partners to manage sales and profitability.
5. Optimize permanently an effective doors portfolio in the area through growing, closing and opening retail doors.
6. Implement of consistent retail operation processes and company standards in the area of store operation, product/availability, visual merchandising and customer service at store level.
7. Produce and distribute a detailed written report after store visit, covering the key agreements, comments and areas of concerns with timescales for action.
8. Competitor’s events consolidation and performances report (monthly, weekly).

3) 스포츠 및 아웃도어 브랜드 백화점 영업 경력자 우대
