2. Class training
- Follow- up training for Selling Skill Mentors
- Customized QOS training for low brands
- Attending brands’ sales meetings
- Complete to take and understand all LBI Training curriculums
3. Other Support
- Training Report & Training History
- Training material management (activity materials, handouts, etc.)
- Provision of training tools for store field staff (SSM)
- Establishment of strong relationships with other team
- Training room arrangement / set up
경력 및 자격요건
• Experience
- Experience in luxury field or related (Training): More 5~7 Years
• Knowledge
- Full of knowledge, understanding and experiences in luxury retail business
• Skills
- Planning & Executive power
- Leadership / Ownership
- Persuasive Power
- Presentation skill
- English / Sales Chinese / Sales Japanese 우대
- MS Office proficiency(especially Powerpoint)
• Attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility
