-Manage and follow up the consumer’s complaints and product exchange & return.

3. Off-line and On-line marketing support
-Register new product information on each operator website
-Support marketing events
-Report competitor’s event status

4. Administration HR support
- BA monthly schedule update & report
- New BA, resigned BA update (personal information)
- Send official documents to operators

5. BA benefit follow up
- Help BAs to issue certificates
- Store expense"

* Retail Assistant or Merchandiser Assistant career at least 3 years
* Duty Free fashoion category knowlege
* Fluent English
