* Plan and conduct in the collection and collection related training, coordinate and support it
* Plan, organize, implement field coaching of product knowledge, selling skills, customer service & other soft skills following fashion training calendar
* Implement field coaching to bridge performance gaps and support business goals & Conduct post-training follow-up at the POS to ensure positive transfer of classroom learning
* Develop all locally translated training manuals according to the global and regional guidelines & Support and develop all digital training, tools and digital learning platform
* Work closely with store manager to provide inputs on sales performance / communicate on training programs to support learning and development area
* Training / motivate / prepare store sales team prior to event, provide assistance behind the scene, etc and administer customer service quality of sales forces and coach a grooming guideline as a role model of the sales force
경력 및 자격요건
* About 8 years relevant working experience in which 2 years at brand / training manager level.
* Has preferably experience with premium brands or other quality fashion and beauty related products
* Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Frequent travel required within Korea and Overseas as well
