1) FP&A Support
• Preparing Retail and Digital Reports: Daily, Weekly Sales and KPI reports
• Supporting finance system administration: BPC, WSAAP uploading and data reconciliation
• Support Procurement reports (Inventory, Purchase, Sales)
• Support inventory management with FP&A manager and preparing inventory analysis report
• Preparing Product Category performance report as well as analysis
• Support ad hoc tasks
2) IFRS 16 Project Support
• Support FP&A manager for Korea IFRS 16 meeting and follow up necessary actions from the meeting
• Manage / update global lease tracker by communicating with key stake holders: Lease, Legal and Flagship store
• Manage / update judgement form, skeleton lease extract
• Create and manage Korea Lease Summary
• Managing lease data and communicate with central team for necessary update • Support ad hoc lease tasks

• Bachelor’s degree majored in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
• Accounting & finance experience in sizeable organizations, preferably within a retail, luxury, and FMCG environment
• Lease accounting experience preferred
• Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with global finance team
• Self-starter, organized, motivated, ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks as fit
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel (SAP experience preferred)
• Team focused attitude with strong ability to drive results through multiple teams
• Logical thinking, Meticulous and attentive to details, Communicative and possess strong initiative, Able to work under pressure
